The Full Mail-In Repair Process
1. COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM
Fill out our mail-in form with the details of the leather item(s) you would like us to restore or repair. (Tip: Uploading photos helps us provide the most accurate assessment!)
2. RECEIVE YOUR FREE ESTIMATE
Once we review your request, we will email you a free, no-obligation repair estimate based on the condition of your goods.
3. APPROVE & SHIP YOUR ITEMS
If you are happy with the quote, simply package your leather goods securely and ship them to our workshop.
4. REPAIR & RETURN DELIVERY
We will send you a confirmation as soon as your package arrives. Our artisans will then get to work on your item. Once the restoration is complete, we will collect payment for the repair and the return shipping fee, then safely ship your renewed leather goods back to your shared address.
