Yes. High-quality leather footwear is intentionally designed to be resoled multiple times. A premium resole costs a fraction of the price of buying a brand-new pair of equal quality. Furthermore, repairing means you get to keep the leather upper that is already perfectly broken in and molded to your foot.

Absolutely. Zipper replacement on tall boots (equestrian or fashion) is one of our most requested services. We carefully open the seam, install a heavy-duty, color-matched YKK zipper, and stitch it back together using the original stitch holes, so the repair is virtually invisible.

We highly recommend installing protective rubber sole guards (also known as half-soles). We meticulously sand down a millimeter of the factory leather and apply an ultra-thin, textured rubber grip. This adds traction, protects the original leather from being destroyed by concrete, and can be matched to the sole's original color (including Louboutin red).

Yes, real leather has natural elasticity. Using professional stretching calipers and leather-relaxing conditioning fluids, we can stretch the width of the toe box, raise the instep, or expand the calf shafts of tall boots, usually giving you up to a half-size of comfortable breathing room.

While our specialty is stitched footwear (Goodyear welt, Blake stitch), we do offer professional reglueing for modern molded soles, hiking boots, and premium sneakers. We clean the old, oxidized factory glue and apply professional-grade Barge cement under heat and pressure to ensure a permanent bond.

Once your shoes arrive at our Lebanon, NJ workshop, our standard repair turnaround is a fast 2 to 5 days. We then ship them immediately back to you. Depending on your location in the USA and your chosen shipping method, the total door-to-door time is usually about 7 to 12 days.
